I won’t lie… when we first talked about releasing our CourseCure LMS, this thought crossed our mind.
There’s a lot of good LMS software in the WordPress space: TutorLMS, Sensei, LearnDash, etc.
Does the world need yet another LMS plugin?
But, like most things, software is about perspective. And, we have one. Based on years of helping people build online courses using WishList Member and Memberium.
And, from our perspective, a lot of LMS software is focused on features, features, features. It’s an arms race of sorts. And, admittedly, newer and better features makes software easier to sell.
They don’t always make it easier to use, though.
Or help you, the actual end-user, sell more courses.
And build the thriving business you dream of that generates recurring revenue.
Sometimes, the software can get in the way. THAT is the perspective from which we made CourseCure. Our focus was (and is) speed, simplicity, ease of use, and helping you build YOUR business — not adding features for features sake.
So yes… we do think the world needs another LMS plugin and we believe, for the right person, ours is the “cure for the common course”.
Corny? Maybe. But this isn’t…
The lightning fast course builder we built into the software is a testament to that. Not to mention baking gamification and quizzes right in, seamlessly integrated, so you can build a robust, thriving course website — without installing 17 plugins or reading a 300-page manual to get started.
That’s what we mean by CourseCure.
